Refund policy

All items sold in our store are used OEM auto parts and are sold exactly as described and shown in the photos. Please read all descriptions carefully and review pictures before purchasing.

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of purchase.


1. Eligibility for Returns

Electrical and electronic parts (modules, sensors, switches, motors, control units, etc.)
✔ Eligible for return only if the item is defective and has not been opened, altered, or tampered with.

Mechanical, body, and exterior parts (handles, locks, spoilers, visors, trims, panels, etc.)
✔ Returns are accepted, but these items are sold as-is and must be returned in the same condition as received.


2. Return Conditions

To request a return, the buyer must:

  • Contact us within 30 days from the purchase date

  • Provide clear photos showing the issue

  • Ship the item back in the same condition as received

  • Keep all original markings, labels, and packaging intact

The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.


3. Restocking Fee

A 30% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns, including but not limited to:

  • Item no longer needed

  • Wrong item ordered

  • Changed mind

  • Item does not fit (fitment responsibility is on the buyer)

The restocking fee does NOT apply if:
✔ The item is defective
✔ The wrong item was shipped by us


4. Refund Process

  • All returns are inspected upon arrival.

  • Approved refunds are issued within 5 business days after inspection.

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.


5. Final Notes

Before shipping, all parts are inspected, marked, and photographed to verify authenticity and protect both the buyer and the seller from fraud and disputes.
